Warranty & Returns Policy

All faulty products or parts will be replaced within the 12 month warranty period. The UV lamp and the ballast have a pro-rata 12 month warranty.

Email us via our "contact form" and we will send you a returns number, send the item back via courier with this number and we will gladly replace the item. Please advise us of the courier you are using and the tracking number for any returns.
